Women into Leadership
We are thrilled to offer yet another outstanding course to support the development of leadership skills and capacity in our local area. As we all know, women are under-represented in leadership, most particularly in secondary education. From January 2019 until May, we will be running a Women into Leadership course, following the successful grant award through the Equality and Diversity fund, we are pleased to offer this course for free to all participants. The only cost to schools will be for internal cover.
Please find attached the flyer for this course, which sets out the details and dates. This course is specifically aimed at female staff wishing to apply for promotion to leadership roles. They must be looking to apply during this academic year for the full funding to apply.
We are also thrilled to announce that Professor Dame Alison Peacock will be launching the course on 17th January. As an inspirational leader herself, we are delighted that Dame Alison will join us to set this latest course in motion and inspirit all participants.
There are only 20 available places so please pass on to interested parties as soon as possible. Please ask them to use the link to the application form by clicking HERE.
